The problem
Different accountants
every company has its own firm, its own pace
Different systems
spreadsheets, PDFs, exports from legacy software
Different definitions
burn, runway, margin — never the same math
Every month, founders rebuild the same numbers for their investors — on top of the 238 hours a year Italian compliance already takes.
The fix
We run the finance function of each participating company: a system of specialized agents does the work, chartered accountants (iscritti all'Albo) supervise and sign. Every company closes faster, reports consistently, and starts from the same financial standard.
The deal
For portfolio companies
A finance team from day one.
Continuous accounting — reconciled every night, closed every month — tax and filings prepared, chartered accountants where the law requires signature.
Cash, runway and margins — always current.
The real available cash after taxes and commitments, not the bank balance.
The CFO layer, built in.
Scenarios, forecasts, a real Excel model generated from a conversation.
For the fund
Clean numbers. Same definitions. Every month.
Investor-ready reports generated from operational financial data — not manually assembled spreadsheets.
The portfolio view.
Cash, runway, burn, revenue and budget variance across participating companies — built only on what each company shares.
The commercial model is your call.
Companies pay portfolio terms, or the fund offers Quadra as a benefit. Either way, onboarding is on us.

The rule that makes it work
Companies decide exactly what they share. Funds never receive ledger or transaction-level access unless explicitly authorized. Sharing is explicit, granular, and revocable at any time.
That is why founders opt in: they get the best finance function of their life, and they control what their investors see.
How it starts
01
An intro call
We look at the portfolio, define dedicated terms, answer everything.
02
Program setup
Terms for the companies, the sharing schema — what, how often, with what revocation — report format, and the fund workspace.
03
Onboarding, on us
We present Quadra to the companies, connect the flows, and the first report lands at month one.
Two options, the fund's call: participating companies pay the subscription at portfolio terms, or the fund offers Quadra as a benefit to its companies. We define it at program setup.
Only what each company shares: the approved monthly report and, at the company's choice, cash, runway and burn. Never the ledger, never transactions. Every share is revocable.
It is the best case: the company starts with its books in order from day one — e-invoicing (SDI), bank and filings connected before the first invoice.
The program is built for società di capitali of any size: on more structured operations we define the perimeter on a call, together with the professionals who sign.
